Troubled $1B Project Team

Sometimes organizations and teams get stuck.  When the leader of this joint-company $1B global engineering project contacted Attain, team member relationships were strained, project milestones were at risk and cost overruns were occurring.  Attain’s Rejuvenate Your TeamTM process quickly revealed the key issues: conflict between the senior leaders, role clarity, clogged information and communication flows and a pervasive lack of trust.  Next, a series of facilitated meetings between the senior leaders enabled productive conversations about their differences and issues.  An aligned leadership effort emerged to design and lead a one-day Critical Action Meeting® with the top 40 engineers from the two companies.  Issues were openly discussed. Action plans were agreed to.  The turnaround had begun.
