Onboarding a New Executive

When a European executive accepted an international assignment as CEO of US operations, Attain was asked to work with the newly appointed leader to plan, anticipate and manage her transition and make a successful start in her new role. The starting situation for this new leader was rife with challenges: a strong predecessor legacy, high turnover in key positions, unresolved integration issues, poor cross-functional and cross-company relationships and language and cultural differences. Using Fischer Group International’s Leadership Transition ProcessTM , the Attain coach served as a confidential, experienced thought partner to help the executive to explore and create strategies to successfully address her particular transition situation. The CEO made a strong start and successfully brought both stability and change to the organization which included annual sales growth of 25%.
