Culture Change: Accountability

Rapid growth was the challenge for this fast-paced software start-up.  Attain team members partnered with the VP HR and his team to design and implement a company-wide goals management process to align employees’ efforts with the company’s five strategic priorities and link to their new incentive plan and employee engagement initiative.  The process was a powerful catalyst for the culture change that was needed as the company quickly gained size and sought to instill a culture of responsibility, empowerment and accountability.
