360° Feedback: Performance Enhancement

What did this eight member senior manufacturing team, fifty management development program participants and the team leader for the company’s six sigma program have in common?  They all wanted to increase their effectiveness and performance.  Attain designed and implemented 360° feedback processes to provide these leaders with comprehensive data about their management and leadership behaviors.  Each person created a personal development plan to leverage strengths and work on improvement opportunities, identified role models to learn from, created ongoing feedback loops and reviews, and received 1:1 coaching and mentoring support.  The addition of 360° feedback brought the company’s performance management system and its leaders to a new level.
