Rapid Integration and Growth
The challenge of this large, European-owned manufacturer of consumer goods was to facilitate the rapid integration of new US businesses, merge cultures and build the organizational capabilities for rapid growth in the US market. Attain worked in partnership with the US executive team and top 50 leaders to achieve organizational focus and alignment and to build the infrastructure to support the significant growth plans. Key components of the successful change process were: a series of organization-wide assessments and actions to address strengths and barriers to implementing the business strategy; implementing a highly-participative process for instilling the organization’s vision and values; the design and implementation of a comprehensive Human Resources Strategic Plan; and the use of Attain’s large-group – Critical Action Meetings® – to accelerate the change.
