Mary Chevalier is the founder of Attain International, a Rhode Island-based consulting firm specializing in organizational development. For over 30 years, she has worked across cultures, countries, and continents to improve the operating performance of businesses that range from large global corporations to entrepreneurial start-ups.
Mary has extensive experience in change and transition management, high performance teams, leadership effectiveness and large-scale meetings. Her work with clients spans a broad range of industries (including consumer products, high technology, software, pharmaceutical, chemical and equipment manufacturing, merchandising, financial services, energy, defense and education) and all organizational functions.
Prior to her work in organizational development consulting, Mary was engaged in a series of challenging financial, quality management, organizational effectiveness and managerial positions for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Company, Sybron/Barnstead, Honeywell and Cabot Corporation.
Her clients include companies such as: Aareal Capital, adidas Group, Ahlstrom, Bosch-Siemens, Boehringer Ingelheim, Cabot, Central Hudson Gas & Electric, Cognis, Columbia Sports, ConocoPhillips, Dupont, Draeger, Energy East, George Fischer Sloane, Lenox, Molex, Raytheon, Swarovski, Unica and the University of Las Vegas.
Mary earned a BS in Accounting, summa cum laude, from Bentley College, an MBA in Finance from Babson College, and completed the Advanced Program in Organizational Development & Human Resources Management at Columbia University.
In her spare time she enjoys travel, outdoor exploration and adventures and sports such as cycling, cross-country skiing, kayaking and hiking.
